Shipping

Every item we sell is only made after it is ordered!  
Of course it is possible to return your order, as long as it is not a customised product or custom made jewelry.    
Returns are possible with us if this is done at:   

• Damage during shipping.  
• When you have received the wrong product.  
• You are not satisfied with the product.   

You can return the product up to 14 days after receipt. We ask you to register it with us via the return form below and to return the return form to us together with the product. Losses, damages and return costs are for the part of the consumer. Below you can read our change policy.
